We want you to enjoy your stay in Agios Markos. Our expectation is that our guests would treat Villa Galini as they would their own home. Here are our few simple rules.
Safety and Security. The gate is shared with the neighbouring villa; please ensure that it is kept closed when not in use. Please ensure the house is properly locked when being left unattended. Children are your responsibility whilst at the property. To ensure their safety, please follow the pool rules, do not allow them to climb on the balcony railings or run up and down the stairs and take care when the bar-b-q is lit.
Additional Guests. Please do not invite additional guests to stay overnight without prior permission, although you are welcome to socialise with additional friends during the day.
Courtesy and Noise. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially late at night.
Smoking is absolutely not permitted anywhere inside the house. Should you wish to smoke outside, please ensure that your cigarette ends are disposed of responsibly in the bins provided.
Swimming Pool. The pool is used strictly at your own risk. Please do not take any glassware or crockery to the pool area (plastic items are provided). Do not use the pool when under the influence of alcohol. No wet swimwear on the indoor soft furnishings please.
Bar-b-q. Please do not bar-b-q in the summer when it is windy and the ground is dry to avoid a fire. Take the fire blanket outside when you bar-b-q.
Damages and Breakages. We take a £200 Damages Deposit. Please report all damages and/or breakages preferably when they happen and certainly before you leave. Details in the VG House Manual.
Feeding the Wildlife. Please do not feed the local wild cats and dogs (or any other animals!).
